FAQ

What counts as "one question"?

A question is one topic or decision. It could be a short gut-check ("Is this headline clear?") or a longer strategic question ("Should I reposition my offer this way?"). If your email covers multiple unrelated topics, that counts as multiple questions.

Can I roll over unused questions?

No. Questions don't roll over week to week or month to month. Use them or lose them. This keeps the service sustainable and ensures I can always respond quickly.

What if I need more than the plan allows?

If you consistently need more, upgrade to the Full tier. If you have an occasional overflow, just ask — I'm flexible for good clients.

Is there a minimum commitment?

No. Month-to-month. Cancel anytime before your next billing cycle.

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes. If you need to pause (vacation, slow period, etc.), just let me know before your next billing date. We can pause for up to 2 months.

What if I haven't done a diagnostic yet?

Start with the Positioning Diagnostic first. It gives me the context I need to support you well, and gives you the strategic foundation to implement. Async Advisory builds on that.

Do you ever do calls?

Not as part of this service. Everything is written and async. If you absolutely need a call for a specific situation, we can discuss it separately, but it's not included.
