By purchasing services from Cornelius Mota, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

Services Offered

I offer positioning strategy services including:

• Positioning Diagnostic: A one-time audit and roadmap delivered as a PDF report
• Async Advisory: Ongoing email-based strategic support on a monthly subscription basis

Payment Terms

• All payments are processed securely through PayPal or Stripe
• Positioning Diagnostic: Full payment is due at time of purchase
• Async Advisory: Monthly subscription billed at the start of each billing period
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
• Prices are subject to change; however, any price changes will not affect orders already placed

Delivery

• Positioning Diagnostic (Base tier): Delivered within 5 business days of receiving your completed intake form
• Positioning Diagnostic (Done-for-you tier): Delivered within 7 business days of receiving your completed intake form
• Async Advisory: Responses provided within 24-48 hours depending on your plan tier

Delivery timelines begin after payment is received and intake form is submitted. Delays caused by incomplete information or delayed responses from you may extend delivery times.

Refund Policy

Positioning Diagnostic: Due to the custom nature of this work, I do not offer refunds once work has begun (i.e., once you submit your intake form). If you are unsure whether the service is right for you, please contact me before purchasing.

Async Advisory: You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing cycle. No refunds are provided for partial months. Unused questions do not roll over and are not refundable.

Exceptions: If I am unable to deliver the service as described, you will receive a full refund.

What You Get (and Don't Get)

My services provide strategic guidance and recommendations. They do not include:

• Implementation of recommendations (unless specifically included in Done-for-you tier)
• Guaranteed business results (I provide strategy; results depend on your execution)
• Live calls or real-time communication (all services are async/written)
• Legal, financial, or accounting advice
• Ongoing support beyond what is specified in each service tier

Client Responsibilities

To receive the full value of the services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information in intake forms
• Respond to clarifying questions in a timely manner
• Review deliverables and submit questions within the specified timeframes

Intellectual Property

• You own any content you provide to me (your business information, copy, etc.)
• I own my methodologies, frameworks, and processes
• The deliverables I create for you (reports, recommendations) are yours to use for your business
• You may not resell, redistribute, or claim authorship of my frameworks or methodologies
• I may reference our work together in anonymized case studies unless you opt out in writing

Confidentiality

I treat all client information as confidential. I will not share your business details, strategies, or deliverables with third parties without your permission, except as required by law.

Limitation of Liability

My services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of my services
• I am not liable for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• My total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Disclaimer

The information and recommendations provided are for general strategic guidance only. I make no guarantees regarding specific business outcomes. Your results will depend on many factors outside my control, including your implementation, market conditions, and business circumstances.

Cancellation

• Positioning Diagnostic: Cannot be cancelled once intake form is submitted and work has begun
• Async Advisory: Cancel anytime before your next billing date by sending an email; no refunds for the current billing period

Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern about the services provided, please contact me first. I am committed to resolving issues through good-faith communication. If we cannot resolve the matter directly, disputes will be subject to the laws of Romania and the jurisdiction of Romanian courts.

Changes to These Terms

I may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of my services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will not affect services already purchased.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and VIZENIO SRL regarding the use of services.
